School Uniform
Uniform is an incredibly important aspect of school life here at Romilly. We believe that if children dress smart, they think smart and then act smart. Uniform can improve behaviour, help create a feeling of belonging and reduces incidents of bullying.
Our school uniform is a burgundy jumper, or cardigan (no hoodies please), yellow or white t shirt, black/grey smart bottoms (skirts, trousers or shorts), and shoes are to be black.
With the forever rises in costs, we are aware that money can be tight and so therefore are not promoting or insisting on branded uniform. Uniform can be purchased from Ruckleys on Holton Road, or from the local supermarket. We also have pre-loved uniform at school which can be purchased with a small donation. Book bags can be purchased from the school.
The school PE kit will be a plain white t shirt, black leggings, joggers or shorts and a grey hoodie, with appropriate footwear. i.e. trainers. We are not expecting parents to buy house t-shirts or jumpers, as this is also an added cost which is not needed. However, if you still wish to do so, this is fine.
If you would like to order labels for your children's clothing, please visit www.labelplanet.co.uk and quote our Fundraising Account Number "17006" and the School PTA will earn commission for each sale.
